Google is the most important tool I use on a daily basis. We do have lots of expensive junk around here, but from the information side, it's great having everything you need to know just a few clicks away. I feel sorry for broadcasters in the past who didn't have this amazing tool.

With the whole movement towards conservation in full gear, Google came up with a pretty strange idea. We've learned that for a computer to generate a white screen, it takes a certain amount of electricity. To generate a black screen takes a bit less. Google is running with this idea to change their homepage to black to save energy.
