I'm struggling with this one.
I've had a gym member ship on probably 4 different occasions over the past 7 years. Once I got into a routine I LOVED it. I found a lot of success when using a personal trainer... BUT they aer SO expensive.
I've considered other weightloss programs, but I'm a strong believer in diet and exercise to conquer the bulge.
Heading into the cooler months... we know the motivation factors go down from here on in... until the first smell of spring.
Do I get yet another expensive membership. Splurge on a trainer. That way I'm successful and my motvation doesn't plummit after poor results... or is it time to suck it up and, strap on the runners, save my pennies and go for a walk!
How do you get into shape and find success?
