Baby Gear????

ok... I'm getting close to the time where I'm gonna have to start getting all my baby gear! And I'm here to ask YOU - the expert - of what items would be "great to have, but really aren't necessary" you know the items I mean... like for example: I was told a diaper dispenser was great! but in reality - I won't really need one... So if I can borrow one or if someone has one to give me, I should go that route (I think my sis has one I can use!)

and then there's that list of MUST HAVE's that I will be soooooooo glad I got! for example: someone called me to tell me about this awesome Hoppop® - The Smart Baby Bag!  It can be found at Cheeky Monkey. It's a diaper bag that turns into a baby seat and that I must have!!! (It really does look super cool)

so...PLEASE...what are your secrets of the what's a "must have" or "you can't do without"???
You really are sooo much more experienced than I, plus you'll be helping out other new moms too!!!

- stock up on wipes (and diapers)
- infant car seat cover for the winter
- snugglies
- slings/carriers
- baby swing
- hands free phone ear piece
