There’s an old saying that states that the only two things in life that are definite- are death & taxes. 

Taxes are boring so I don’t want to talk about that, but Heather Jones, a regular columnist with Real Women magazine beautifully explains the journey after somebody passes to the other side.

According to Heather, every person on earth is a spirit who is experiencing a temporary life in the physical world. When the physical ends, the spirit will return home to the higher realms of eternal life.

In the physical many of us have a fear of what lies beyond. Overcoming the fear of death is a major contributor to being better prepared for the journey. Knowing we have nothing to fear & that one day we will be with our deceased loved ones can override the fear factor.

For some people, the fear of how they will die is far more stressful than the fear of dying. Heather assures us that when it’s our time, the spirit will know it’s time to calmly & peacefully leave our physical self.

Death isn’t an ending, it’s a home coming.
